Terms of Service

1. Our Products

We sell only brand-new, first-hand bedding products. We do not sell second-hand or refurbished items under any circumstances.

2. Order Accuracy

By placing an order you confirm that all information provided — including delivery address, phone number, and product selection — is accurate. Any additional costs incurred due to inaccurate delivery information will be borne entirely by the buyer.

3. Delivery Coverage

We deliver countrywide across Kenya and to select world cities. Delivery charges are paid by the buyer and are calculated based on your location. All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and do not include tax:

• Nairobi Metropolitan: KES 400 flat rate.
• Other major cities (Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret, Kakamega, Nyeri, Turkana & more): KES 400 via couriers that ply those routes.
• Upcountry / door-to-door: Parcel fee starts from KES 400 and varies according to parcel size. Where the buyer agrees, we use G4S, Wells Fargo, or similar carriers. The buyer foots the full delivery fee as billed by the carrier.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Bedding sold cannot be returned unless the item(s) delivered were not of the given specification(s) as ordered. All return requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.

To initiate a return, contact us on WhatsApp at +254 745 212 311 and we will guide you through the process.

5. Payments

All payments are processed securely via KCB Buni M-Pesa STK Push. By completing checkout you authorise the stated amount to be debited from your M-Pesa account.

6. Liability

DuvetCovers Kenya is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, incorrect delivery information provided by the buyer, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
